Look 21
Look21” - two office buildings and a residential complex - is located between Heilbronnerstrasse/Türlenstrasse and Tunzhoferstrasse in Stuttgart. Scherbaum Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH realized the project as general contractor.
Loisach Quarter
In Wolfratshausen, perfectly connected to the public transport system, a large EDEKA supermarket and 117 rental apartments as well as a two-storey underground car park were built. This Loisach Quarter thus makes a significant contribution to providing the residents of Wolfratshausen with housing and local amenities.
Wackersberger- / Esswurm Street
Old Sendling at Valleypark. The residential complex is located in traditional Sendling with its urban flair, one of Munich's most sought-after residential areas. Residential street zone 30, quiet and absolutely green location.
